Ted’s Wild Adventures

(or Tame Time Away) Learning Spanish in Antigua and Quetzaltenango, Guatemala

Why Guatemala?
1) To try to get closer to being fluent in Spanish, a long-standing goal.
2) To reward myself for successfully completing my B.A. in English with a minor in writing, either a five- or thirty-year battle, depending on your point of view.
3) To open myself to discovering whatever next-step awaits me in this journey of life.
4) To add to my treasure trove of things to write about.
5) Oh, yeah, and to kick back and have some fun, too! (I might even drink a beer or two...)
(and to top that off, Guatemala offers the best value schools around! Such a deal!)
